Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer different shipping options depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days within the Netherlands & Belgium.

Please note: The estimated delivery times above are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: €5,95 per order.

  • Free shipping for orders above €100.

  • International Shipping: Costs vary per country and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your delivery. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

  • Please ensure that you enter the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address details.

  • If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier. If you encounter an issue, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Customs Fees and Import Duties
For international orders, additional import duties and taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
